About the role

PratikOnlineDil is a Turkey-based online English platform. We teach Turkish learners (ages 5–60) 1:1 on Zoom with Filipino tutors. We're hiring part-time, home-based ESL Tutors for night shift (PH 23:00–04:00) as independent contractors.

What you'll do

  • 1:1 Zoom lessons; notes & homework in a student–tutor–support WhatsApp group
  • Keep monthly availability; open min. 10 hrs/week (preferably PH 23:00–04:00)
  • Professional communication & on-time attendance (3-hour cancellation rule applies)

Compensation & payout

  • ₱160–₱200/hour (experience-based) + ₱10/hour review every 3 months
  • Twice-monthly payout: mid-month advance (50% of hours served on days 1–15) + month-end settlement
  • 5% rolling retention (only the last month held; refunds every 4th month)
  • Paid via Wise Business batch to PH bank account (no GCash)

Perks & bonuses

  • Repeat bonus: 10% of repeat package hours × hourly rate (cash)
  • Monthly bonuses: 50h ₱1,000 · 80h ₱1,800 · 100h ₱2,500
  • Perfect attendance (0 Absent-T): ₱1,000
  • Loyalty: 500h ₱2,000 · 1,000h ₱5,000 · 2,000h ₱15,000

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English; 51Talk / Engoo / RareJob experience is a plus
  • PC/laptop, quality headset, quiet room, stable internet (suggested 25/10 Mbps+)
  • Comfortable with independent contractor status & night shift
