TUTOR HR (Online, Work From Home)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Establish recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates.

· Create job advertisements and screen applicants to generate a shortlist of high-quality candidates to match resource briefs.

· Identify and directly approach suitable candidates, and facilitate contract negotiations.

· Schedule video interviews and recorded interviews for Hiring Managers.

· Update trackers for the hiring manager accordingly. Maintains and updates recruitment records for metrics and dashboard reporting.

· Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.

· Supports and oversees the on-boarding processes of new hires into the company.

· Assist trainees in training and make sure they are endorsed to the teaching floor.

· Participates in various continuous process improvement initiatives.

· Self-oriented and with a strong sense of goal orientation.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Degree in any disciplines with at least 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.

· Applicant must have experience in hiring ESL tutors/teachers.

· Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.

· Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different offices.

· Have own laptop/PC, stable internet connection and backup internet and power.

Salary Range

Salary is between P25,000 to P30,000 a month.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm with an additional shift of every other Saturday.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Recruiting/Sourcing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Teacher Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
