Job Summary: Staff4Me is looking for a highly motivated NOC Helpdesk Analyst (English Speaker) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and monitoring services for our clients' network systems. This role demands excellent communication skills as you will assist users with technical inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts proactively to ensure uptime.
- Provide technical assistance in English via phone, email, and chat to clients experiencing issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
- Assist in generating reports on network performance and incident management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with network protocols, systems administration, and ticketing systems.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
