-2+ years’ IT support experience (Helpdesk, Network Admin, etc.)
-Knowledge of OSI troubleshooting, AWS/Azure, monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
-Strong communication and multitasking skills
-BPO experience is an advantage
