The Manager will be responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of FP&A and providing organized and detail-oriented financial reporting analysis and support within the Finance division of a growing financial company. They will assist in the supervision, management, and coordination of FP&A personnel in their charge.

This person is responsible for performing the following functions for Vensure, Inc., as well as companies contracted with Vensure, Inc. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement monthly reporting for departmental budget owners and regularly review financial results. Support Financial Reporting application management and design.

Analyze and consolidate annual, quarterly, and monthly forecast processes, including communication and coordination with budget owners, building templates, training different areas, and analyzing received information. Provide monthly expense analysis and commentaries. Assist with budgeting, financial statements, loan covenants, cash-flow monitoring, and variance analysis.

Organize and analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow reporting. Monitor and maintain the integrity of the GL accounting system, specifically the chart of accounts and subaccount list. Update and maintain policies and procedure documentation.

Meet contractual commitments to clients through timely and accurate reporting and issue resolution. Assist in managing the financial staff through coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and performance assessment. Perform other job-related and management duties as directed by the supervisor.

Other duties as assigned. RequirementsStrong English language skills, both written and spoken. Strong understanding and experience with accrual accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, array functions, and macros. Experience with financial reporting applications/tools (e.g., Intacct, Oracle, SAP). Experience designing executive-level presentations in PowerPoint; dashboarding experience is a plus.

Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with active listening. Ability to coach and develop junior finance team members. Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and resource management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus. ExperienceEnglish language proficiency at C2 / C1 level.8 years of experience with multi-company/divisional financials, budgeting, and job costing.

Experience developing systems, policies, and procedures for finance divisions. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; Master's in finance preferred. Prior management experience and documented leadership skills.
