Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

This role involves providing key support to the financial planning and analysis team in various tasks such as data consolidation, tagging, and analysis. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Consolidation: Consistently consolidate and tag data for month-end network analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monthly Updates: Update non-residential sales orders in the financial model on a monthly basis, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Claim Verification: Verify quarterly commission claims from the sales team and ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions to relevant authorities.
  • Cross-Checking: Cross-check FE charges with billing to ensure completeness of billing and facilitate analysis of charges.
  • Consumer Commissions: Gather consumer commissions mix by channels and product type, providing valuable insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any other ad-hoc FP&A-related matters as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in FP&A or data analysis, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, with strong attention to detail.
  • Attitude: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage responsibilities and organize tasks efficiently.

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
