Payroll Analyst
The main objective of this position is to assist and ensure accurate and timely processing of all company-provided and government benefits

About The Job

  • Process government benefits such as Social Security, Philhealth, and Home Mutual Development Fund
  • Compute the benefits reimbursement of SSS (maternity and sickness) benefits
  • Prepare confirmation letter for newly regularized associates (R&F)
  • Prepare and compute the payroll of Rank and File associates
  • Ensure accurate implementation of HRIS
  • Facilitate the computation of the last and severance pay of resigned associates (R&F only)
  • Act as the company representative/liaison role

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Proficient in payroll processing software (HRIS and/or database)
  • Working knowledge of local government payroll laws & requirements
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
