US Payroll Analyst

Job Summary:

The US Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related HR transactions. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while providing high-quality support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and support the processing of HR, payroll, and absence management transactions.
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments in accordance with labor contracts and applicable regulations.
  • Review, edit, and correct payroll transaction errors; investigate and resolve system-related issues.
  • Monitor and manage payroll-related cases and escalations from multiple sources.
  • Conduct research to resolve issues, update employee records as necessary, and ensure accurate system documentation.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions clearly and promptly to customers and stakeholders.
  • Complete year-end payroll activities and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and comply with documentation and audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, deadlines, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, meeting or exceeding quality assurance (QA) standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 Years Experience in US payroll processing, including multi-state payroll.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting Software/Application System (Preferably Quickbook)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Ability to interpret labor contracts and payroll-related policies.
  • Proven experience handling payroll discrepancies, system errors, and case escalations.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Great english comm skills

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift: Shifting (Night shift will be discussed further)

Location: Cebu (TGU IT Park)

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level
