EXPORT ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Ortigas, Pasig | Full-Time | On-site

We are looking for an Export Associate Manager to help bring iconic Filipino snack and food brands to more consumers around the world. This role focuses on driving export sales growth, building strong distributor partnerships, and ensuring that our brands continue to thrive in international markets.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and trade partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence and market share in export markets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure export programs and campaigns are effectively executed.
  • Oversee trade negotiations, pricing strategies, and promotional activities with international partners.
  • Ensure export operations are aligned with company goals and global trade requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in export sales, international account management, or commercial roles (FMCG background is a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of distributor management, pricing, and trade marketing in an international context.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker who can drive results in a competitive market.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
