Job Description

As a Supply Chain Associate, you will manage shipment operations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries. This role offers the opportunity to refine your logistics expertise while contributing to a global supply chain network.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Graduate of any Business Course
• 1-3 years relevant experience in shipment, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Your Daily Tasks

• Handle import/export documentation and maintain accurate supply chain records
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, inventory levels, and replenishments
• Coordinate with various couriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL), freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and maintain supply chain reports (shipments, inventory, costs)
• Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier sourcing
• Conduct market research for suppliers, pricing, and logistics solutions
