Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing clear, accurate, and well-structured technical documents, reports, manuals, and communications to support the department's programs, activities, and compliance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread technical documents, reports, manuals, guidelines, and official communications.
  • Translate technical information into clear, concise, and understandable language for target audiences.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather data, verify information, and ensure accuracy of content.
  • Develop templates and standardized formats for reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, style, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain organized archives of technical documents and reference materials.
  • Assist in preparing briefing notes, project proposals, and compliance submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in technical writing, report preparation, or documentation work.
  • Excellent written communication and research skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may render overtime as needed).
