The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our VAPT and Peneteration Testing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their evolving needs, and delivering tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to understand their challenges and requirements, and identify opportunities to expand our services
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop and present customised solutions that address the specific needs of each client
  • Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring that all contractual terms and conditions are met
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on account performance, pipeline, and key developments
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the implementation of best practices to drive business growth
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build brand awareness and identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Penetration Services
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Strong technical understanding of VAPT and Peneteration Testing services, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-oriented solutions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting processes
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

You can earn up to 500k commission per month.
