Production Supervisor

San Juan location

Rate: 25-30K plus incentive

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can keep our commissary running smoothly — ensuring that every product that leaves our kitchen and bakeshop meets the quality and care Cravings is known for.

Job Summary:

Oversee day-to-day food production

Manage and mentor the production team

Monitor inventory and ensure food safety compliance

Keep the commissary efficient, clean, and on schedule

Requirement

  • 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or commissary operation
  • Leadership and organization skills, eye for quality, teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge in HACCP / GMP standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
