About the company
Our mission is simple: we introduce craft and delight to everyday eating. We believe that eating well should be easy - that food can taste good, feel good, and not break the bank. We take the best ingredients and turn them into delectable meals customers can't help but eat (like a habit).
We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 1 M+ meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in food retail, warehouse, commissary stocking, and monitoring.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Preferred (but not required) graduate of an HRM or related certificate.
- Good understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices for operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and food safety handling is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Pasig (Kapitolyo/Bagong Ilog)
What you'll be doing
- Receive deliveries of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Verify quantity, quality, and accuracy against Delivery Receipts (DR), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices.
- Report discrepancies and damages immediately to the Supervisor.
- Organize and store items properly in designated storage areas (dry, chiller, freezer).
- Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly/quarterly inventory activities.
- Maintain stock cards or system records accurately.
- Issue stocks accurately for commissary production and store orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of storage areas.
- Assist in loading/unloading and inventory counts.
