JOB LOCATION: NEW ASIA OIL INCORPORATED, BUNAWAN DAVAO CITY

WORK DAY: MONDAY-SATURDAY

I. Job Objectives

Monitoring of the supply levels and maintains the data entry and inventory re-order functions for New Asia Oil Incorporated. Also, takes charge of the equipment and machinery parts supply storage room and manage the stock of supplies for materials, machinery parts and fuel.

Ensure the quality of the purchased supplies and maintenance of supply stock levels ensuring that the needed supplies are available upon request.

I. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the factory supplies/materials transfer of in and out of the supply storage and warehouse.

· Checks the quantity and quality of stocks received.

· Before receiving it must be check by requesting personnel to make sure that items delivered are within desired specifications.

· Implements proper and effective monitoring of all stocks inventory level to prevent over stocking or insufficiency of quantity on hand so as not to disrupt operation.

· Implement safety stock level inventory on all items.

· Encodes receiving reports in the Accounting system (SAGE).

· Receive PR (Purchase Requisition) from other departments

· Should abide by the required allocation of weekly PR

· Observes safety and proper housekeeping in the work area.

· Provide / Post all Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in a conspicuous area. Coordinate with Company Nurse and Safety Officer.

· Segregation and monitoring of slow-moving and non-moving items. Also, prepares a listing of these items for submission to the Inventory and Cost Accountant.

· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php15,500.00 per month
