Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as commercial/business contracts, motion and position papers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure that a company's operations comply with applicable laws and regulations, advising on changes and implementing necessary policies.
  • Transactions: Facilitate business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, by conducting due diligence and assessing potential legal risks.
  • Corporate Governance: Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, ensuring that the company's leadership and structure adhere to legal standards.
  • Risk Management: Develop strategies to identify and mitigate legal risks, protecting the company from potential legal challenges and regulatory violations.
  • Legal Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and administrative hearings.
