About the role

Join PTC Commercial Corporation' as a Merchandising Assistant based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient visual presentation of products in retail outlets. This position is crucial in supporting the company's sales and marketing strategies and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting regular store visits to monitor product displays and ensure they adhere to company standards
  2. Liaising with store managers to coordinate product placement, rotation and replenishment
  3. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and product movements
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance
  5. Assisting with the implementation of promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives
  6. Providing feedback and recommendations to the marketing and sales teams

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a retail or merchandising role
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store personnel
  4. Proficiency in data entry and Excel to maintain accurate records
  5. Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify ways to enhance product presentation
  6. A team player who is adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
