We are seeking a creative and proactive Content and Multimedia Officer with strong copywriting, content creation, video production, and multimedia design skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms to grow our clients' brand, engage our audience, and support our marketing campaigns.

· Content Creation & Copywriting:

  • Develop compelling written content for social media posts, campaigns, and captions that align with the brand voice.
  • Write persuasive, clear, and engaging copy for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars and publishing schedules.

· Multimedia Production:

  • Capture high-quality video footage and photos for social media use (events, interviews, behind-the-scenes, product features, etc.).
  • Edit videos for social media platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) using industry-standard editing tools.
  • Design graphics, banners, and layouts using tools like CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.

· Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to align social media content with overall campaign goals.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions for upcoming campaigns and content ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for social media.
  • Skilled in video production: shooting, editing, and publishing.
  • Proficiency in design/layout tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
