The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving our clients revenue by generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on activities to enhance brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
  • Manage posting of engaging social media content.
  • Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 1–3 years in sales, marketing, or a related role.
