Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile IT Staff / Graphic Artist who will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining company systems, and delivering high-quality graphic designs for marketing and promotional needs. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and creative skills to support both operational and branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Marketing Support

  • Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, digital ads, and social media graphics.
  • Develop visual content for the company website, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Edit photos and videos for promotional use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize creative campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
