Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Support campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions in coordination with the marketing team, influencers, and partners.
  • Track social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for content and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (internships accepted).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills; familiarity with analytics/reporting tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
