As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience. additionally, you will be in charge of our job posting for the company as well. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing social media content calendars
- Analyze job posting expenses for the organization
- Creating engaging and visually appealing social media posts
- Monitoring social media platforms for trends, news, and opportunities
- Responding to comments and messages on social media platforms
- Analyzing social media data and providing insights for improvement
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing ```Skills```To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Basic photography skills to capture high-quality visuals for social media posts
- Familiarity with social listening tools such as Metricool, Mailchimp, Brandwatch, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
- Understanding of public relations principles to effectively manage brand reputation on social media platforms
