Job Summary:

We are looking for a Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The role is responsible for providing excellent service to guests, ensuring smooth dining operations, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Process bills, payments, and assist with POS transactions when required.
  • Follow all restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or willing to relocate before onboarding.
  • Vocational or College Level education (Hospitality or related course preferred).
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant F&B or restaurant service experience.
  • Knowledgeable in basic dining service, table setup, and POS operations.
  • Has good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Can adapt to a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules.
  • Experience in pre-opening or hotel dining setup is an advantage.
