Repair and Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Repair and Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant operations. This role is responsible for performing basic repair work, routine maintenance, and minor plumbing tasks to ensure our stores remain safe, functional, and in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment and facilities

Troubleshoot and fix basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate

Respond promptly to repair requests from store teams

Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs when needed

Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs

Ensure all work complies with safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field

At least 6 months of experience in general maintenance, repair, or similar role

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical repairs

Ability to work independently and respond to urgent repair needs

Willing to travel to different store locations as needed

Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php35,000.00 per month
