  4. Monitor production lines, review raw materials and finished products, and validate CCPs.
  5. Supervise laboratory testing and ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment.
  6. Oversee sanitation, hygiene, allergen control, and pest control programs.
  7. Conduct GMP, hygiene, and food safety orientation for newly hired production personnel.
  8. Facilitate renewal of sanitary permits and regulatory compliance requirements.
  9. Lead, train, and evaluate QA staff, ensuring effective scheduling and manpower availability.
  10. Investigate product complaints, non-conformances, and customer issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  11. Prepare QA reports and assist during internal and external audits.
