We're seeking for an Admin/Marketing Specialist (Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin)

Job description:
- Development of decks.
- Formatting and preparing presentations (PPTX).
- Designing and compiling reports (Word, PDF, etc.)
- Supporting marketing initiatives while following client's brand guidelines.
- General administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Chinese/Mandarin.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or any equivalent
- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- With strong creative and innovative outlook.
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills .
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
Others:
- Permanent WFH Set-up
- HMO and Life insurance coverage on the first day of work
- Amenable to work on different shifts (AM, Mid, Night Shift)

- 20% Night Differential and Other Allowance
