Corporate Compliance Officer - AU Accounting (Remote)Background
- Join PeoplePartners BPO in supporting one of our standout Australian accounting clients. As their business grows, they need a sharp, organized, and detail-driven professional to ensure their corporate compliance and ASIC obligations are flawlessly managed.
- This isn't bookkeeping. It's corporate compliance and secretarial support—covering ASIC filings, CAS360 updates, and onboarding new entities. You'll work across multiple client structures, making sure everything is filed correctly, on time, and audit-ready.
- Lodge ASIC Annual Company Statements and statutory forms (e.g. 484s, share transfers, de-registrations).
- Onboard new companies and trusts, including ABN and TFN applications.
- Maintain and update records in CAS360 and XeroXPM.
- Handle corporate billing and administrative coordination.
- Manage high-volume documentation with accuracy and consistency.
- Stay current on ASIC rules and compliance obligations.
You bring:
- Experience in public practice or corporate advisory admin.
- Solid knowledge of ASIC processes and lodgement requirements.
- Proficiency in CAS360 and XeroXPM.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communication and a proactive work ethic.
- You've worked in admin or compliance roles within accounting firms or advisory teams.
- You're comfortable with documentation-heavy processes and understand the importance of compliance accuracy.
- You like structured workflows and clearly defined tasks.
- You take pride in precision and process.
- You're comfortable working independently but love being part of a team.
- You speak up, take responsibility, and bring a solutions-focused mindset.
- Keep ASIC lodgements accurate and on time.
- Build expertise in CAS360 and corporate compliance workflows.

- Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
- You'll be part of a remote, AU-facing team based in the Philippines.
