RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquires new customers through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Manages the client's accounts and concerns.
  • Identifying client's needs and what services the company can offer.
  • Presents the sales materials and pitch to the clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Oversee contracts, proposals, and event confirmations to ensure clarity and mutual agreement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
  • With at least 2-5 yrs of relevant work experience (
    Preferably in food or any industry related to hospitality.)
  • With good customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Must be able to address client's concerns in a timely and effective manner.
