The role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities. The position ensures events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives while driving attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.

Core Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events with full logistical coordination.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee event marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and collateral).
  • Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, communications) for alignment.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collect feedback and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
