Events Specialist

The role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional activities. The position ensures events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives while driving attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute events with full logistical coordination.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee event marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and collateral).
- Collaborate across teams (sales, marketing, communications) for alignment.
- Supervise and coordinate staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collect feedback and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Successful, timely, and budget-compliant event delivery.
- Strong attendee participation and engagement.
- Lead generation and measurable ROI from events.
- Effective budget control and vendor satisfaction.
- Positive attendee feedback and actionable event data.
- Events that reinforce and promote the company brand.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
