The Warehouse and Logistics Specialist is responsible for checking and ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system and is tallied with physical stocks. He is responsible for all incoming stocks and assists in the preparation of all inventory-related reports, answers all routine queries and provides much-needed support for the operations, logistics, warehouse & accounting departments.

Assists Warehouse team in organizing the stock and ensuring that the stored area is clean and maintained up to date in accordance with the regulatory requirements

  • One of the key persons responsible for cycle counts as well as the physical inventories
  • Conducts keen research and resolves all the inaccuracies in inventory and completes audits of the internal processes
  • Handles all the activities related to inventory data entry, scheduling, customer service, etc., and performs all the other related duties as well
  • Verifies the accuracy of receipts, transfers, etc., by conducting detailed audits of the product inventory on a regular basis.
  • Constantly monitors the movement of the inventory and identifies if there are any shortages that are seen when compared with the physical inventory data.
  • Investigates all the potential causes and suggest corrective measures that need to be implemented.
  • Runs the inventory reports and study the inventory transaction history in detail.
  • Verifies the descriptions of various products, their condition, amount, etc., and completes all the related paperwork.
  • Makes sure that all the inventory issues have been resolved in a timely manner.
