Description

Logistics Specialist job responsibility includes but not limited to:

  • Arrange and handle logistics (land/sea/air) for provincial deliveries
  • Prepare accurate quarterly inventory report
  • Monitor consumption report and manage monthly stocking of fast-moving items
  • Receiving and scheduling shipments, managing freight operations, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation
  • Will handle everyday itinerary schedule of drivers
  • Address and resolve shipping issues, including delayed items, rush orders, and route adjustments
  • Help and assist in other warehouse duties

Requirements

  • Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Experience in logistics coordination and monitoring
  • Experience in handling local logistics (land/sea/air freight)
  • With background in handling drivers' itinerary
  • Familiar in Metro Manila routes and short cuts
  • MS Excel proficient
  • Knowledge in Warehouse SOP
  • Familiar with ERP or SAP system
  • May start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100.00 per month
