ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Systems Support

  • Provides support to MI Mobile Application users.
  • Addresses concerns and issues raised by MIOnline System users.
  • Attends MIC, MIS, Partners, Client meetings as required.
  • Assists the Department Head and colleagues in exploring systems and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supports DT and Project owners in preparing Project Business Requirements.
  • Conducts system testing and ensures proper documentation of test results.

Business Analysis

  • Reviews existing processes and systems and recommends enhancements to better manage growth and volume in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Reviews and validates enhancement requests for the MI Systems from various users.
  • Prepares user specifications for approved enhancements and coordinates with DT for the implementation.

System Administration

  • Maintains and supports the following systems - Mobile Application, Microinsurance Online System and iRis etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably IT-related courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in system user support and basic troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in data gathering, process documentation and workflow analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications.
  • Familiar with API integration, data and process mapping (an advantage).
