Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans
Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for clients, addressing issues promptly
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Communicate regularly with clients on performance and improvements
Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement operational strategies
Collaborate with management to set objectives
Identify process optimization and cost-saving opportunities
Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure regulatory and internal policy compliance
Identify and mitigate operational risks
Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
Reporting and AnalyticsPrepare and present reports on performance and satisfaction
Use data analytics for decision-making and improvements
Additional requirements include travel domain knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, client management, and service level delivery.QualificationsGrade 12Proven managerial experience at a senior/executive level for at least 5 years
