Description

Responsible for managing customer retention by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and preventing cancellations. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and promoting products to boost satisfaction. Specialists build relationships, handle objections, and negotiate to retain customers. Strong communication, multitasking, and performance focus are key, along with adherence to company policies and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer retention by resolving issues, addressing inquiries, and preventing cancellations.
  • Provide customized solutions and promote products/services to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships, overcome objections, and negotiate to retain loyal customers.
  • Consistently meet performance goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure the confidentiality of customer information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Empathy/Understanding
  • 3 to 6 months call center experience or 1 year call center experience in a Telecom Account.
  • Active listening, Natural curiosity, Patience
  • Complex Issue Resolution experience and problem solving
