Duties and Responsibilities

  • Production Scheduling
  • Prepares and updates the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Ensures that all production plans align with material availability, manpower, and machine capacity.
  • Material Planning and Coordination
  • Coordinates with the Purchasing and Warehouse departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
  • Monitors inventory levels and initiates replenishment when needed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Tracks actual production output versus plan and identifies any variances or delays.
  • Generates production status reports and provides updates to management and related departments.
  • Process Improvement
  • Works closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Coordination and Communication
  • Acts as the main communication link between Production, Sales, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and smooth operations.
  • Escalates issues affecting the production plan and proposes corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • With at least 1–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management (preferably in a manufacturing setup).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
