Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably an engineering graduate
  • With at least 2 years of related experience
  • With knowledge in SAP

Functions:

  • Generates and releases to concerned units in MPS and Production Schedules including shipment plans for various products  based on firmed up orders, daily work schedules, actual line capacity materials availability and customer requirements.
  • Monitors work-in process to determine status of production and expedites completion of open lots to meet set deadlines.
  • Gathers data and prepares monthly/ weekly/ daily production reports.
  • Closely coordinates (prior scheduling) with Material Control to ensure availability of components and with other units involved to thresh out potential problem that may cause necessary delay in production.
  • Follow ups lots which encounter delays in processing and those which are placed on hold. informs customer/ product executive regarding the delays including the reasons why these delays were encountered.
  • Prepares presentation material to production personnel.
  • Handles confidential documents. Files records and documents of production.
  • Prepares and issues lots travelers for production.
  • Ensure to settle and closure of production order after shipment.
  • Prepares shipment request and advise customers.
  • Prepares weekly reports (Buildable and Open SO) including ship out schedules for customers.
  • Prepares kit list for production order.
  • System scrubbing on Customer Loaded orders.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
