The Operations Head oversees the day-to-day branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and enhanced productivity. He or she is also responsible in planning strategies, analyzing current processes, monitoring branch performance and recommending solutions for improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Monitors performance of all branches by regularly conducting store visits and check-ups with store personnel.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing Departments in developing and implementing local store marketing strategies to achieve daily, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Leads store opening activities for new branches.
  • Manages and reviews items, stock movements, inventory and pricing of products.
  • Conducts spot audit checks in the store. Analyzes and recommends strategies for process improvements.
  • Identifies training needs of store personnel and coordinates with HR Department in developing training programs and activities to upgrade staff capabilities.
  • Ensures staff discipline and compliance to company policies and procedures in the branches by providing constant reminders, conducting regular briefings and issuance of memoranda.
  • Ensures the branch is at optimum state at all times in terms of store maintenance, utility costs, repairs and renovation.
  • Develops branch personnel through training, coaching and mentoring. Inspires confidence and promotes teamwork. Ensures discipline and compliance of staff to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Business Management courses or its equivalent.
  • Must have at least five to ten of years related executive/managerial work experience from retail companies and related industries.
  • Technology savvy, must be proficient in using store operations software.
  • With above average oral and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, must be analytical and with good problem-solving skills
  • Thinks logically and keen on details
  • Must be a team-player and with good interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php90,000.00 per month
