Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

At least 7-10 years of experience in branch operations management, retail management, or a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of business operations, retail management, and branch performance metrics.

Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.

Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and ensure effective collaboration.

Familiarity with inventory management, auditing processes, and facility management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
