The Recruitment Development Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and improving recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The role focuses on talent acquisition, recruitment process development, employer branding, and coordination with department heads to ensure manpower requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements
  • Create and update job descriptions and competency requirements
  • Maintain and improve recruitment policies, procedures, and systems
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire)
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment events
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring forecasts for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
