- Conversion of accounts from contract to sell to real estate mortgage.
- Transfer the title in the name of the client including the payment of all related taxes to the government agencies concerned.
- Coordinate with the Bureau of Internal Revenue for the application of individual Certificate Authorizing Registration and with the Local Government Unit for other documents necessary to transfer the ownership in the name of the client.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba Area.
