REVIT-BIM Specialist Responsibilities Prepares CSA/MEPFS, BIM LOD 200, 300 and 400; Undertake BIM services for the following disciplines: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection; Prepares BIM working drawings, shop drawings, and 3D “as builts” utilizing Revit software; Responsible for BIM model set up at project startup; Facilitates BIM use during planning, design, and project delivery, ensuring construction documents accuracy based on MEP BIM modeling; Manipulates Revit/BIM software in the field to provide technical support (such as clash detection, model revisions, materials order revisions, etc.) to superintendents, engineers, designers and others as needed; Facilitates in multiple disciplines within Revit; Prepares Coordinated Services Design (CSD) report identifying clashes between trade services, and then issue design resolutions to the Architects and Engineers of record; Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project; Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards; Provides administrative and technical support to design and production team; Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly; Experience in high rise residential and office buildings, retail, healthcare buildings, hospitality and mixed‑use developments.
