JOB OVERVIEW

The Supervisor is mainly responsible in assisting the Restaurant Manager to the overall performance of the store. The supervisor is expected to ensure great dining experience to maximize profit and guest satisfaction. The supervisor must be a critical thinker and should be able to make sound decisions for every situation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting for work at scheduled time wearing complete uniform and with proper grooming. Brand Standards and Menu Knowledge To be an expert when it comes with the menu standards. Show that this knowledge can be used effectively to train the staff and do suggestive selling

Recognizes the standards when they aren't met and should be able to correct a team member. Decorum, Safety and Security Comply with procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook

Acts as a Role Model in implementing procedures as prescribed in the House Rules Point of Sale Supervisors should be able to operate the POS and perform management functions.

Troubleshoots basic technical problems and reports immediately to provider Performs Management Functions such as void, refund, extracting reports and other functions limited to the access of a Supervisor

Conducts daily checkout procedures and balances cash and card sales Cash Handling Adheres to Company policies in terms of Cash Handling.

Controls petty cash expenses. Line Check Follows the Supervisor's Checklist Recommends solutions on the problems identified during Line Check. Service Recovery Anticipates guest's need and managing expectations to avoid complaints

Solves customer complaints and turns a negative experience into positive Leadership Skills Drives the staff to be motivated

Addresses performance issues of subordinates, whether positive or negative Expected to have a fair treatment to all team members regardless of position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
