Are you a committed Safety Officer with proven experience in vertical construction projects? We're looking for a proactive professional who can ensure compliance, safeguard our workforce, and create a culture of safety across all construction sites.

Core Functions:
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies in accordance with government standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  • Lead toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and emergency drills for all workers.
  • Monitor compliance with PPE use, safe work practices, and safety regulations.
  • Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and contractors to ensure zero-harm operations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate safety reports and compliance documents on schedule.

  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHS, DOLE, and industry best practices).
  • Skilled in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety audits.
  • Excellent communication skills in delivering safety orientations and trainings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-risk construction environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to influence teams and ensure safety-first compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Safety Officer (SO2 / SO3 or equivalent accreditation).

  • Physically fit, alert, and willing to be assigned on-site.
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY.
