  • Responsible for creating and implementing safety policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations. Ensures that all employees are aware of and adhere to these policies.
  • Assess potential hazards and risks in the workplace. Identifies areas of concern and develops strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Regularly inspect safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensures that all equipment is in good working condition and provides training on how to use them effectively.
  • Conducts safety training programs for employees to educate them on proper safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and the use of safety equipment. Organize drills and simulations to test employees' preparedness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified Safety Practitioner under DOLE Safety Legislation (SO3)
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledgeable on Government regulation and requirements related to Occupational Safety and Health

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
