Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education (required)
  • Major in Early Childhood Education is preferred
  • Experience as an ESL teacher is preferred
  • Knowledge in curriculum development is an advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • IELTS, TEFL, or TESOL certification is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to speak Japanese is a plus (not required)

Job Description:

You will teach online English lessons from our Mandaue City office using a structured curriculum developed for young Japanese learners.

Classes are conducted via video conferencing and may include small groups of preschool and elementary-aged students.

We value quality instruction, teamwork, and continuous growth as part of our teaching culture.

Basic Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
