Job description

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, be a team player, and have the ability to work with all levels of employees, managers, directors, and executives. While the primary focus is "results" oriented recruiting. A winning "CAN DO" attitude is required. Must be a self-starter who is performance driven, goal oriented and a team player. Candidate must have a strong commitment to company values and achieve goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Qualify, phone interview, and conduct SKYPE interviews for all candidates

  • Must maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Ability to work well under pressure

Requirements

  • At least one year of demonstrated recruiting success in a "high volume" environment, preferably in a call center.

  • Experience recruiting on a VIRTUAL platform is a MAJOR plus

  • Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet

  • Strong prioritization, organizational and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and service orientation

  • Relationship building and consultative skills-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices

  • General Human Resources knowledge and background preferred-Ability to work well with deadlines and high-pressure environment.
