Job description
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, be a team player, and have the ability to work with all levels of employees, managers, directors, and executives. While the primary focus is "results" oriented recruiting. A winning "CAN DO" attitude is required. Must be a self-starter who is performance driven, goal oriented and a team player. Candidate must have a strong commitment to company values and achieve goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualify, phone interview, and conduct SKYPE interviews for all candidates

Must maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion

Ability to work well under pressure
Requirements

At least one year of demonstrated recruiting success in a "high volume" environment, preferably in a call center.

Experience recruiting on a VIRTUAL platform is a MAJOR plus

Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet

Strong prioritization, organizational and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and service orientation

Relationship building and consultative skills-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices

General Human Resources knowledge and background preferred-Ability to work well with deadlines and high-pressure environment.
