We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft ERP Finance Lead to take ownership of our financial systems (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM). This role is perfect for someone who wants to lead major ERP initiatives, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with key business leaders to optimize our finance operations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage PeopleSoft ERP Finance systems and processes.
  • Serve as both a Functional and Technical Consultant across key finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
  • Manage end-to-end ERP Finance implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Design, customize, and enhance ERP workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.
  • Guide data migration, testing, and user acceptance phases.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to team members.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven expertise in PeopleSoft ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP customization, reporting tools, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, IT, and Business teams.
  • Experience leading at least one full-cycle ERP Finance implementation.
