Job Overview

We're looking for an ERP Business Process Analyst with strong experience in Oracle or Manhattan platforms. This role focuses on process mapping, project coordination, and driving improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process analysis and ERP system design across functional teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify inefficiencies
  • Create and maintain flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs using Visio or Lucidchart
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct impact assessments and support change management
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and suggest optimizations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan, etc.)
  • Skilled in process mapping and documentation tools
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Project Management certification is a plus
  • Experience in change management and user training delivery
