About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OnPrem PeopleSoft Lead to manage and optimize ERP Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP Financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management) and hands-on experience in PeopleSoft ERP implementation, customization, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ERP Finance processes, system enhancements, and customizations.
  • Act as a Functional and Technical Consultant in Financial modules (AP/AR/FA/GL/CM).
  • Participate in at least one full-cycle ERP Finance implementation project.
  • Design, develop, and perform unit testing of ERP Finance application improvements.
  • Create and modify reports, data interfaces, and system integrations.
  • Design and review data conversions, migration plans, and custom reports.
  • Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and As-Is/To-Be process mapping.
  • Deliver delta presentations and system demonstrations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ERP Finance, PeopleSoft, and Financial modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, CM).
  • Experience in ERP software customization, implementation, and upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP reporting tools, interface design, and data migration techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders)
