Position Title: ERP Functional Tester – Oracle Cloud Finance

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP – particularly in Finance modules such as:

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Additional Preferred Skills & Tools:

  • Solid understanding of business processes: Q2C (Quote to Cash), R2R (Record to Report), A2R (Account to Report)

  • Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools:

  • EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service)

  • FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
  • EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
  • NRCS (Narrative Reporting Cloud Service)
  • CPP (Capital Planning and Projects)

  • Experience with testing tools such as:

  • Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)

  • HP ALM / Quality Center
  • JIRA / Zephyr / TestRail
  • Proficiency in using Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and testing purposes
  • Basic understanding of integration testing and upstream/downstream dependencies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support UAT testing activities for multiple Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM modules
  • Develop, review, and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, and test data
  • Collaborate with business users, SMEs, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases
  • Identify, document, and track defects to closure using test management tools
  • Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting during testing cycles
  • Participate in status meetings, provide test progress updates, and escalate risks or issues as needed
  • Ensure overall quality and completeness of testing deliverables
